Who operates this service
Find a Job / YourNewJob is an experimental job-application service operated by Minkapeu Gueu, an individual in the Netherlands. Contact hello@yournewjob.app for support, complaints or questions. These terms are version 2026-10-26.
Who can register
You must be at least 18. Registration is public: anyone with the link may register, verify their email and accept these terms. The link can be forwarded. You do not need an invitation or manual approval. Keep your login secure and use your own account.
Free access and fair use
The beta has no subscription or payment requirement. All released features are available subject to service capacity and fair use. AI has a shared US$30 estimated monthly allowance and an initial US$3 estimated monthly allowance per account. Reservations can pause new requests before the nominal allowance is spent. Allowances reset on the first day of each month in UTC and are not cash or purchased credits. Saved work, approved downloads, tracking, data export and deletion remain available when AI is paused. Each account may have two queued/running tasks, upload ten files per UTC day and store 100 MB of original uploads. Individual files remain limited to 10 MB and 12 pages. Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits.
AI and your decisions
AI analysis, suggested wording, coaching, practice feedback and transcription can be incomplete or wrong. Scores do not predict interviews or employment and are not independent verification of qualifications. Check facts, citations, transcripts and document layout. You decide which changes to approve and submit applications yourself. We do not promise a job, an interview or a particular result.
Your content
You keep your rights to your CV and other content. Give us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service you request, including using our service providers. Upload only content you are entitled to use. Do not upload national identifiers, unnecessary sensitive information, confidential employer material or reference contact details without an appropriate basis. We do not sell your CV or use it for advertising or to train our own AI models.
Acceptable use
Do not access another person’s records, upload malware, probe systems without permission, impersonate people, fabricate credentials, automate abusive traffic or evade service controls. We may proportionately restrict an account to protect people or the service. Contact us to challenge an access restriction.
Availability and changes
This is a beta and interruptions or changes may occur. We will communicate material changes affecting your agreement and request renewed acceptance where needed. Changes do not override your mandatory rights. You can stop using the service, export your data and delete your account. If we permanently end the beta, we will announce this through the service and remove remaining account/workspace data within 30 days.
Feedback and privacy
Feedback is optional and can be sent to hello@yournewjob.app. Redact personal data, CV details and tokens from screenshots. We may use feedback to improve the service; this does not transfer ownership of your documents. The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing and the Cookies page explains browser storage. Reading a privacy notice is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
Responsibility, complaints and rights
We remain responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not exclude liability where that would be unlawful or remove mandatory consumer rights, including any rights applicable to free digital services. Tell us about a problem at hello@yournewjob.app so we can investigate. Dutch law applies subject to any mandatory protections and court rights applicable where you live. Nothing here requires exclusive arbitration or prevents a complaint to a competent authority.
