Email hello@yournewjob.app for support, privacy rights, an access problem or a complaint. Include a short description and the time the problem occurred. Do not send passwords, access tokens, national identifiers or your whole CV.
Send feedback
Tell us what you tried, what happened and what you expected. Feedback is optional. Redact screenshots and remove other people’s information. The feedback link opens your email application and does not automatically attach documents or conversation history.
Data and deletion
Use Export my data, Delete workspace or Delete account in My evidence. You can also contact us to exercise your rights. Support/feedback messages are retained for 90 days after resolution, subject to justified legal exceptions.
